Provides that the board of trustees of each university shall offer 50% tuition discounts (instead of 50% tuition waivers) for undergraduate education to the children of employees of a public university in Illinois who have been employed by any one or more of these universities for at least 7 years. Includes as "university employees" retired employees, persons employed within any of the 4 divisions of the Department of Natural Resources under the authority of the Board of Natural Resources and Conservation, and persons employed with the State Universities Civil Service System or the State Universities Retirement System.
