<reference>725 ILCS 5/110A-62 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that a person who violates an order of a court prohibiting him or her from coming into contact with another person, coming within a certain distance of another person, videotaping another person, or photographing another person may be ordered, without process, to enter into a recognizance to keep the peace. Provides that this provision applies regardless of whether the person who violated the order is related to the person who applied for the court order.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
