Provides that it is a violation of the provision to install or to leave in place a tinted covering, other than the authorized red, white, yellow, amber, or clear covering, over any head lamp or tail lamp of any vehicle.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Deletes the amendatory provisions of the original bill and reinserts largely similar provisions. Provides that it is a violation of the provision to install or to leave in place a tinted covering, other than the authorized red, white, yellow, amber, or clear covering, over any tail lamp of any vehicle. Provides that it is a violation of the provision to leave in place a tinted covering, other than the authorized red, white, yellow, amber, or clear covering, over any head lamp of any vehicle when the head lamps are required to be in operation.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
