<SynopsisText>Currently, demographic data is not available on asset limits of individuals denied program eligibility or other individuals in the State of Illinois. Also, there is no data available to estimate how many individuals would meet the other eligibility requirements if they met the new asset limit requirement. The budget office is unable to estimate the number of individuals who would benefit from this change in the eligibility requirements, and is therefore unable to determine the fiscal impact of this bill. </SynopsisText></synopsis>
