Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement.Fiscal Note (Department of Central Management Services) HB 1488 will affect each of our managed care plans, but our Quality Care Health Plan (QCHP) typically covers these costs subject to medical necessity and until improvement and progress is no longer evident.
