<SynopsisText>HB 1488 will affect each of our managed care plans, but our Quality Care Health Plan (QCHP) typically covers these costs subject to medical necessity and until improvement and progress is no longer evident.  According to our managed care vendors, this change would increase costs to the State by approximately $2.7 million. </SynopsisText></synopsis>
