Expands the definition of misconduct in the Section concerning an employee's discharge for misconduct to include violations of written workplace policies, rules, or instructions where the employee is provided with advance written notice of the policies, rules, and instructions and to include a failure of an employee to discharge the duties for which he or she was employed.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
