<reference>735 ILCS 5/15-1504</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 110, par. 15-1504</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Adds the following to the list of information that may be contained in a foreclosure complaint: the name of the original lender providing financing to the borrower; the name of the loan officer who signed the mortgage loan application; the name of the residential mortgage licensee receiving compensation relating to financing by the mortgager; the name of the residential mortgage licensee's loan officer who signed the mortgage loan application; and the name of the real estate appraiser who provided the appraisal on which the financing was based.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
