<SynopsisText>The Prisoner Review Board expects substantial calls on the toll-free line. The Board expects that the estimated annual cost to maintain the line to be $18,738. The board also feels that the Prisoner Review Board would require an additional person to memorialize the victims considerations when considering the conditions of parole or mandatory supervised release and making sure the victims concerns were given to the Board prior to setting the conditions of Parole or mandatory supervised release. The Board estimates that the annual cost to have one person handle the extra phone calls to be $33, 008. The combined cost of the additional person and the line charges is expected to be $51, 746.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
