Provides that the board of trustees of a multi-campus community college district may elect to have one student member selected from each campus in the district (instead of one student member who represents all campuses in the district). <SynopsisText>In the opinion of the Illinois Community College Board, HB 1160 creates a state mandate to some of the community colleges of Illinois, and an estimate of the costs to the colleges is not available at this time.  There is no fiscal impact for the State.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
