In provisions concerning the waiver of mandates within the School Code and administrative rules, allows either house of the General Assembly to disapprove the State Board of Education's report on waivers by adoption of a resolution (instead of requiring both houses to adopt the resolution). <SynopsisText>Does not increase costs to the state. It is unclear if this will lead to more or less waivers of laws and administrative rules for school districts.
