Amends the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act. Provides that 3 (instead of 2) members of the McCormick Place Advisory Board shall be State Senators appointed by the President of the Senate and 3 (instead of 2) members of the Board shall be State Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Deletes the provision that the terms of all previously appointed members of the Board expire on the effective date of Public Act 92-208.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Changes the number of members appointed to the McCormick Place Advisory Board. Provides that 4 (instead of 3) members shall be State Senators appointed by the President of the Senate, that 4 (instead of 2) members shall be State Senators appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate, that 4 (instead of 3) members of the Board shall be State Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and that that 4 (instead of 2) members of the Board shall be State Representatives appointed by the Minority Leader of the House of Representatives.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
