<reference>40 ILCS 5/6-222</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 6-222</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Chicago Firefighter Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that if a fireman whose application for either duty disability benefits or occupational disease disability benefits has been denied brings an action for administrative review challenging the denial of those benefits and prevails in that action, the prevailing fireman shall be entitled to recover from the Fund court costs and litigation expenses as part of the costs of the action.
