Provides that a health care plan that is wholly owned by a physicians' group organized under the Professional Service Corporation Act does not have to comply with requirements prohibiting discrimination against pharmacy providers.House Amendment No. 1 Provides that in order to qualify for the exemption the physicians' group must have its principal office in a municipality with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants and be situated within 5 miles of the principal business office of the health care plan. Limits application of the exemption to pharmacy providers located in Champaign or Piatt county.House Amendment No. 2 Deletes reference to:215 ILCS 134/72Adds reference to:215 ILCS 134/65Replaces the title and everything after the enacting clause.
