<reference>215 ILCS 134/72</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act in relation to pharmacy providers. Provides that a health care plan that is wholly owned by a physicians' group organized under the Professional Service Corporation Act does not have to comply with requirements prohibiting discrimination against pharmacy providers.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 1</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Provides that in order to qualify for the exemption the physicians' group must have its principal office in a municipality with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants and be situated within 5 miles of the principal business office of the health care plan. Limits application of the exemption to pharmacy providers located in Champaign or Piatt county.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>House Amendment No. 2</synopsistitle>
