Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Counties Code and the Illinois Municipal Code. Authorizes any county or municipality to enter into agreements with the Federal Railroad Administration. Provides that the agreements may stipulate that any safety features required by the Federal Railroad Administration may be completed as part of the county's or municipality's normal road maintenance program. Effective immediately.
