Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Illinois Stadium Clean Air Act. Provides that no person may smoke at any stadium in Illinois. Amends the Illinois Clean Air Act. Prohibits smoking in a hospital, an ambulatory surgical treatment center, a post-surgical recovery center, a dentist's or physician's office, any other health care professional office or facility (excluding the room of a resident in a Nursing Home Care Act-licensed facility), and a restaurant. Effective immediately.
