<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>625 ILCS 5/11-501</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 11-501</aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person shall not drive or be in actual physical control of any vehicle within the State while the alcohol concentration in the person's blood, other bodily substance, or breath is .04 or more for one year after the person's first conviction if the person is convicted with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more, or for 5 years after the person's second or subsequent conviction with an alcohol concentration of .15 or more.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
