Provides that a parent may request one substitution of a guardian ad litem during the entire juvenile court proceedings, upon request to the judge. Provides that the judge shall review the request and grant the substitution if the judge finds that the parent has good cause for believing that the guardian ad litem is not fulfilling his or her duties.
