1    AN ACT concerning education.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by 
5adding Section 180 as follows:
 
6    (110 ILCS 305/180 new)
7    Sec. 180. Enrollment reporting.
8    (a) The Board of Trustees shall report to the Board of 
9Higher Education by the 15th business day after the start of 
10the academic year all of the following student enrollment 
11data:
12        (1) The number of students enrolled at the start of 
13    the previous academic year.
14        (2) The number of students enrolled full time at the 
15    start of the previous academic year.
16        (3) The number of students enrolled at the start of 
17    the current academic year.
18        (4) The number of students enrolled full time at the 
19    start of the current academic year.
20        (5) The number of students enrolled in online learning 
21    at the start of the previous academic year.
22        (6) The number of students enrolled in in-person 
23    learning at the start of the previous academic year.
