| 6 | | bond payments or debts to be repaid or (ii) the acquiring |
| 7 | | sanitary district process of wastewater treatment exceeds the |
| 8 | | acquiree wastewater treatment process as defined by the United |
| 9 | | States Environmental Protection Agency's Primer for Municipal |
| 10 | | Wastewater Treatment Systems or a successor document.". |
