AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2667 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2667 on page 1, by 
3replacing lines 7 and 8 with the following:
4    "Sec. 5.1015. The Illinois USTA/Midwest Youth Tennis 
5Foundation Fund."; and
 
6on page 10, by replacing lines 6 through 15 with the following:
7        "(20) The Illinois USTA/Midwest Youth Tennis 
8    Foundation decal.
9            (A) Original issuance: $40; with $25 to the 
10        Illinois USTA/Midwest Youth Tennis Foundation Fund and 
11        $15 to the Secretary of State Special License Plate 
12        Fund.
13            (B) Renewal: $40; with $38 to the Illinois 
14        USTA/Midwest Youth Tennis Foundation Fund and $2 to 
15        the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.";

6    USTA/Midwest districts in the State with exposing youth to 
7    the game of tennis.".
