| 6 | | "(c) The provisions of this Act do not apply to any tiny |
| 7 | | home for veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness |
| 8 | | and in need of secure, long-term affordable housing, if that |
| 9 | | tiny home is constructed by a non-profit organization |
| 10 | | described in Section 501(c)(3) or Section 501(c)(19) of the |
| 11 | | Internal Revenue Code of 1986 that exclusively funds and |
| 12 | | administers tiny homes for veterans. Every county and |
| 13 | | municipality". |
