AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 696 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 696 on page 29, 
3line 17, by changing "years and" to "years, and"; and
 
4on page 29, line 21, by replacing "ordinance:" with 
5"ordinance, and (iii) on and after the effective date of this 
6amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly, the municipality 
7submits to the Governor, President of the Senate, and Speaker 
8of the House of Representatives written support for the 
9extension of the life of the redevelopment project area from 
10each school district, community college district, and park 
11district that has authority to directly levy taxes on property 
12within the redevelopment project area:"; and 
 
13on page 31, immediately below line 16, by inserting the 
14following:
15        "(19) If the redevelopment project area was 
16    established on December 13, 1993 by the Village of Crete.

1        (20) If the redevelopment project area was established 
2    on February 12, 2001 by the Village of Crete.
3        (21) If the redevelopment project area was established
