| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 18d-185 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 18d-185. Consumer complaints against safety |
| 8 | | relocators. The Commission shall post a notice of the |
| 9 | | administrative citations issued to a safety relocator and the |
| 10 | | disposition of the complaint on its website.
