| 8 | | Sec. 605-1115. Technical assistance to regional |
| 9 | | manufacturing partnerships. Subject to appropriation, the |
| 10 | | Department shall develop a program of technical assistance in |
| 11 | | support of regional manufacturing partnerships in |
| 12 | | collaboration with the following: |
| 13 | | (1) employer associations representing manufacturers; |
| 14 | | (2) secondary and postsecondary institutions, |
| 15 | | including public universities and community colleges; and |
| 16 | | (3) workforce stakeholders, including local workforce |
