Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is |
| 6 | | amended by adding Section 2310-720 as follows:

| 7 | | (20 ILCS 2310/2310-720 new) |
| 8 | | Sec. 2310-720. Pilot program with municipalities that |
| 9 | | employ a certified plumbing inspector. The Department shall |
| 10 | | create a pilot program to allow the Department to enter into an |
| 11 | | agreement with a municipality that employs a State of Illinois |
| 12 | | certified plumbing inspector to do inspections on behalf of |
| 13 | | the Department and submit appropriate documentation as |
| 14 | | requested to verify the inspections were completed to the |
| 15 | | standards required by the Department and outlined in the |
| 16 | | partnership.".
