AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2131 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2131, on page 1 by 
3replacing lines 14 through 21 with the following: 


 
4    "(b) The members of the Task Force shall include:
5        (1)  the Secretary of Transportation, or the 
6    Secretary's designee, who shall serve as Chair of the Task 
7    Force;
8        (2) the Director of  State Police, or the Director's 
9    designee; 
10        (3) the Secretary of State, or the Secretary's 
11    designee;
12        (4) the Director of Public Health, or the Director's 
13    designee;
14        (5) a member from 3 different public universities in 
15    this State, appointed by the Governor;
16        (6) a representative of a statewide motorcycle safety 
17    organization, appointed by the Governor;

1        (7) a representative of a statewide motorist service 
2    membership organization, appointed by the Governor;
3        (8) a  representative of a statewide transportation 
4    advocacy organization, appointed by the Governor;
5        (9) a representative of a bicycle safety organization, 
6    appointed by the Governor;
7        (10) a representative of a statewide organization 
8    representing municipalities, appointed by the Governor; 
9    and
10        (11) a representative of a statewide labor 
11    organization, appointed by the Governor.".
