AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 925




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 925 by replacing 
3line 19 of page 1 through line 6 of page 2 with the following:
4        "(1)(A) Have been formed by and for veterans,  have a 
5    board where at least two-thirds of its members are 
6    veterans, and have annual expenditures that demonstrate 
7    that at least 51% of the organization's expenses reflect 
8    support for veterans, service members, and their families; 
9    or (B) have a paid membership of at least 15 individuals 
10    and be associated with a congressionally chartered 
11    organization."; and
 
12on page 3, line  20, after "all", by inserting "the"; and
 
13on page 3, line 21, by replacing "Section 20" with "Section 
1415"; and

 
15on page 4, line 2, by replacing "5" with "3"; and
