| 5 | not apply to a licensed cosmetologist who is 70 years of age or | ||||||
| 6 | older, has been licensed as a cosmetologist for at least 25 | ||||||
| 7 | years, and has had no disciplinary action taken against him or | ||||||
| 8 | her.".
