AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3701

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3701 on page 1, line 11, after "verify", by inserting "the license, endorsement, or both, of individuals seeking"; and

on page 59, by replacing line 9 with "(7) If, while on aftercare release, a minor committed to"; and

on page 59, lines 12 and 13, by replacing "the federal jurisdiction with similar penalties" with "federal law"; and

on page 59, by replacing line 15 with "the penal system of any state, or the federal"; and

on page 59, by replacing line 21, by deleting "another"; and

on page 59, by replacing line 22 with "the penal system of any state, or the federal Bureau of"; and

on page 60, by replacing line 1 with "the Department of Corrections, the penal system of any state"; and

on page 60, line 2, by deleting "corrections".
