AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3646 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3646 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the 
5Township Reform and Accountability Act.
 
6    (35 ILCS 200/Art. 2 rep.)
7    Section 975. The Property Tax Code is amended  by repealing 
8Article  2.
 

9    (60 ILCS 1/Act rep.)

10    Section 980. The Township Code is repealed.
 
11    (305 ILCS 5/Art. VI rep.)
12    Section 985. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended  by 
13repealing Article  VI.

2    Section 990. The Illinois Highway Code is amended  by
