| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3141 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 11 through 15 with the following:

| 4 | | "(b) is for the township supervisor, a trustee shall be |
| 5 | | appointed as deputy supervisor to perform the ministerial |
| 6 | | functions of that office until the vacancy is filled under |
| 7 | | subsections (a) or (b). Once the vacancy is filled under |
| 8 | | subsections (a) or (b), the deputy supervisor's appointment is |
| 9 | | terminated."; and
|
| 10 | | on page 2, by replacing lines 22 through 25 with "subsection |
| 11 | | (a) or (b). If the office is temporarily vacant, the |
| 12 | | temporarily appointed deputy may"; and

| 13 | | on page 3, line 1, by changing "physically incapacitated" to |
| 14 | | "physically incapacitated"; and
