2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2957 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended  by 
5changing Sections 4.30 and 4.40 as follows:
 
6    (5 ILCS 80/4.30)
7    Sec. 4.30. Acts repealed on January 1, 2020. The following 
8Acts are repealed on January 1, 2020:
9    The Community Association Manager Licensing and 
10Disciplinary Act.
11    The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989.
