| 3 | | replacing lines 12 through 14 with the following: |
| 4 | | "(1) The making of a still image record, video record, |
| 5 | | or transmission of live video by public safety law |
| 6 | | enforcement
officers pursuant to a public safety incident, |
| 7 | | criminal investigation, or assessment, which is otherwise |
| 8 | | lawful. This Section does not apply to drones owned, |
| 9 | | operated, or directed by a local or State entity or public |
| 10 | | safety mutual aid organization;".
