| 4 | | "Sec. 3.08. Use of latex gloves prohibited. |
| 5 | | (a) A food service establishment may not permit employees |
| 6 | | to use latex gloves in the preparation and handling of food. |
| 7 | | (b) To encourage compliance, a food service establishment |
| 8 | | shall receive a notification of warning for the first violation |
| 9 | | of this Section.".
