| 10 | | than 500,000, "airport-related purposes" means: (1) the |
| 11 | | replacement of sound-reducing windows and doors installed |
| 12 | | under the Residential Sound Insulation Program; and (2) in-home |
| 13 | | air quality testing in residences in which windows or doors |
| 14 | | were installed under the Residential Sound Insulation |
| 15 | | Program.".
