| 8 | | Sec. 205-70. Community gardens. Subject to appropriation, |
| 9 | | the Department shall make resources available for future and |
| 10 | | existing community gardens and farms of this State that seek to |
| 11 | | screen or test the soil for contaminants that could pose a |
| 12 | | hazard to human health. The Department shall create rules to |
| 13 | | implement this Section, including monitoring and annual |
| 14 | | reporting on the location where testing has been requested, the |
| 15 | | location where testing has been completed, and the organization |
| 16 | | requesting testing. The Department shall not report the names |
