| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Adverse Claims to Deposit Accounts Act is |
| 5 | | amended by changing Section 25 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 25. Other rights. This This Act shall not displace or |

any other rights or remedies, whether at law |
