| 3 | | on page 1, by replacing line 12 with the following: |
| 4 | | "License or an Educator License with Stipulations. Beginning |
| 5 | | July 1, 2019, a licensee under this paragraph may apply for a |
| 6 | | refund of the application fee after 12 months of issuance and |
| 7 | | shall be issued that refund by the State Board of Education if |
| 8 | | the licensee provides evidence to the State Board that he or |
| 9 | | she has taught at a school district for at least 12 months.".
