AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 271




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 271 on page 1, line 
35, by replacing "Section 11k" with "Sections 11k and 16.09"; 
4and
 
5on page 3, line 10, after the period, by inserting "In 
6addition, a fire protection district that has a website that 
7the full-time staff of the district maintains shall post notice 
8on its website of all proposals to award contracts in excess of 
9$20,000."; and
 
10on page 3, immediately below line 25, by inserting the 
11following:

13    Sec. 16.09. 
Notice of the time and place of every 
14eligibility examination shall be
given by the board by a 
15publication at least two weeks preceding the
