| 3 | | on page 2, immediately below line 18, by inserting the |
| 4 | | following: |
| 5 | | "If a school connects an at-risk student to a |
| 6 | | community-based organization for academic support under this |
| 7 | | Section, the organization must be approved to do business in |
| 8 | | this State and must follow the same employment qualifications |
| 9 | | required by the State Board of Education and the school board |
| 10 | | for school district employees."; and

| 11 | | on page 4, immediately below line 7, by inserting the |
| 12 | | following: |
| 13 | | "If a school connects an at-risk student to a |
