Provides that no person required to file a statement of economic interests under specified provisions, including employees of the Department of Transportation, shall, during the period of time for which he or she holds a position requiring disclosure of economic interests, hold any financial interest in or receive any compensation in the form of salary, wages, or commission from a provider of automated speed enforcement systems or automated traffic law enforcement systems. Provides that the provisions do not apply to candidates for office, and shall only apply if that candidate is elected to office. Requires the divestment of that financial interest. Defines terms.
