Provides that if a person is convicted of a violation of a provision of the Code regarding obedience to stop and yield signs and (1) the person was at an intersection occurring on or outside of a corporate line and at which cross traffic does not stop, and (2) the violation resulted in a Type A injury to another, then the Secretary of State is authorized to suspend the person's driving privileges for 12 months.
