Provides that no school district shall discriminate against a nonpublic school student on the basis of disability, race, creed, color, gender, national origin, religion, ancestry, marital status, or sexual orientation and shall not require the student to meet the school district's part-time or full-time attendance requirements for the purposes of participating in any of the district's school-sponsored, interscholastic or extracurricular activities or programs if the nonpublic school in which the student is enrolled (i) is located within the boundaries of the school district and (ii) has a student enrollment of less than 10 students.
