| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by changing |
| 5 | | Section 4.29 and by adding Section 4.39 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 4.29. Act Acts repealed on January 1, 2019 and |
| 8 | | December 31, 2019. |
| 9 | | (a) The following Act is repealed on January 1, 2019: |
| 10 | | The Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act. |
| 11 | | (b) The following Act is repealed on December 31, 2019: |
| 12 | | The Structural Pest Control Act.
