| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Human Trafficking Task Force Act is amended |
| 5 | | by changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:
|

| 7 | | (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2017)
|
| 8 | | Sec. 20. Report. On or before June 30, 2018 2017, the Human |
| 9 | | Trafficking Task Force shall report its findings and |
| 10 | | recommendations to the General Assembly, by filing copies of |
| 11 | | its report as provided in Section 3.1 of the General Assembly |
| 12 | | Organization Act, and to the Governor.
