| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 563 on page 7, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 9, by inserting the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(d) A statement made by a minor during the course of a | ||||||
| 5 | mental health evaluation conducted under this Section shall not | ||||||
| 6 | be admissible on the issue of delinquency during the course of | ||||||
| 7 | an adjudicatory hearing held under the Juvenile Court Act of | ||||||
| 8 | 1987.".
