1    AN ACT concerning regulation.

 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3represented in the General Assembly: 




 
 
4    Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by  changing 
54.38 as follows:
 
6    (5 ILCS 80/4.38)
7    Sec. 4.38. Acts Act repealed on January 1, 2028. The 
8following Acts are Act is repealed on January 1, 2028:
9    The Acupuncture Practice Act.
10    The Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act.
11    The Home Medical Equipment and Services Provider License 
12Act.
13    The Illinois Petroleum Education and Marketing Act.
14    The Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology 
15Practice Act.
16    The Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.
17    The Nurse Practice Act.
18    The Nursing Home Administrators Licensing and Disciplinary 
19Act. 
20    The Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987.
21    The Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987.

4    Section 10. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by 
5repealing Section 4.28.
 
 
6    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
7becoming law.
