Provides that on January 1, 2020, the territory of the Bloomingdale Fire Protection District 1 within the Village of Hanover Park is disconnected from the Bloomingdale Fire Protection District 1 if the mayor of the Village of Hanover Park signs a certification authorizing the disconnection and the clerk of the Village of Hanover Park transmits, on or before December 31, 2019, a certified copy of the certification to the county clerk of DuPage County and to the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
