Section 312.210  Discharge from the Tuition and Fee Waiver Program

Recipients will be discharged from the Tuition and Fee Waiver Program for any of the following reasons:

a)         Completion of five years in the Tuition and Fee Waiver Program;

b)         Failure to continue to work toward graduation and completion of a certificate or degree program as set forth in Section 312.110; or

c)         Dismissal from recipient's college or university for disciplinary reasons.
