Section 312.130  Case Planning and Living Arrangements

a)         In accordance with 89 Ill. Adm. Code 315, a case plan will be developed with each recipient for whom the Department has court-ordered guardianship.  At a minimum, plans will be reviewed every six months or at the beginning of each academic term.

b)         In accordance with 89 Ill. Adm. Code 315, recipients for whom the Department has court-ordered guardianship shall have a living arrangement plan established with their caseworker prior to the start of recipient's academic term.  Eligible recipients may have only one Department funded placement at a time while attending college or university.
